In close collaboration with the development team, we bring new instruments into the series production flow. We also work closely with the sales team to make sure we supply our customers on time and with premium service.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the strategic procurement and operational purchasing activities
• Owner of sourcing selection, RFx and contract negotiation
• Responsible for the purchasing process including quotation requests, purchase order and order confirmation
• Management of our key suppliers
• Ensure constant material availability of required goods and monitor optimal inventory levels
• Representative of procurement in the new product introduction process
• Business Process Owner for Procurement processes and further development of the ERP system

• Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with further education in business administration, purchasing or industrial engineering
• 5 years experience in procurement in an industrial environment
• Deep understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems
• Proven project management experience
• Structured way of working, strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical and conceptual abilities
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
